Testimonials

My husband and I have two children and we live in the El Cid. I find it a very secure and very good neighborhood to raise children. My kids are golfers, and we live right on the golf course, so we are very fortunate that we can walk out and play golf any time.
Judy Sanchez, Canada

I would recommend El Cid to anyone looking for a place, not only for older people that are retired but younger people, too. Because I think they can find plenty of interesting things to do here. They can fish, they can play golf, and they can play tennis, to name a few.

A sales agent sold me all my properties. She took the time, energy, and the effort to find out what I was interested in and then showed me a number of properties all over. I think it was really great. I didn't have the pressure to buy and I got what I wanted. That was important to me.
Joseph Kernan, Houston TX

We bought a lot, worked with an excellent architect here, and had our house built.
El Cid was an area where we could purchase property and actually live with people who were natives -- as supposed to being in an entirely gringo community that was isolated. Mazatlan has relevant stable economy and, most importantly, the inhabitants of Mazatlan are extraordinarily friendly and receptive to our being here. We felt wanted from the beginning.
John Brown, Miami, FL

Mazatlan is a beautiful port city… What I particularly like in El Cid is the wildlife. The birds are fantastic, the iguanas, and the turtles that live in the ponds. We have raccoons and other different animals to watch, so you don't have to go very far to keep yourself entertained. And the golf course has a lot of green areas and open space for walking.
