Having recently purchased a Condominium in Pronova's "Las Gavias Golden Shores" development, we realized that it was our time to leave behind the cold winter months lived on the Canadian Prairies and the snowmobiling in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. In doing so, we will have to rely on our many memories of the beautiful winter scenes such as the acres of willow trees dressed by Mother Nature in a coat of hoar frost and the tiny ice crystals glistening in the sun on the incredible slopes of the Rocky Mountains.

It was time to create new winter memories. Memories of waves pounding on sandy, sun soaked ocean shores; sun tanning by a pool; and sipping wine while enjoying the marvelous colors as the Sun settles into the Pacific Ocean.

There are three parties to which we will forever feel indebted to for their part in assisting and encouraging us in purchasing an ocean front condominium in Mazatlan.
